How do I share an iCloud subscription?

Before sharing anything with your co-subscribers, please make sure that purchase sharing is turned off! You can only be a member ofone family at a time, and you mayonly change your family grouponce a year.

You automatically get 5 GB of free iCloud storage for your photos, videos, files, and more. If you need more iCloud storage, you can upgrade your plan from any of your devices.

You can share your iCloud account with up to 5 people: together, you will form an "Apple family."

For the Owner, how change your plan and benefit from larger storage space :

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage or iCloud Storage.
2. Tap Buy More Storage or Change Storage Plan.
3. Select a package.
4. Tap Buy and follow the instructions on the screen.

On your Mac

1. Select the Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click Apple ID. If you are using macOS Mojave or earlier, you do not need to click Apple ID.
2. Click on iCloud.
3. Click Manage in the lower right corner of the screen.
4. Click Change storage plan or Buy more storage, then choose a plan.
5. Click Next, then enter the password associated with your Apple ID.

On your Windows PC

1. Open iCloud for Windows.
2. Click on Storage.
3. Click Change storage plan.
4. Select a plan, then click Next.
5. Enter the password associated with your Apple ID, then click Buy.

For the Owner, invite a co-subscriber

In order to invite someone to join your subscription, your co-subscriber must provide you with the email address or ID used for their Apple account. If they do not have one, they will need to create one.

From your iPhone or iPad:

1️⃣ Go to Settings > iCloud (your name) then Family Sharing.
2️⃣ Thentap Add Member and invite via Message.
3️⃣ Enter your co-subscriber'semail address and send the invitation.

From your Mac:

1️⃣ Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen, then select System Preferences
2️⃣ Next, select Family Sharing in the new window
3️⃣ Finally, click on "+" and enter your co-subscriber's email address.

For the co-subscriber

You have receivedthe invitation by email or text message. Simply click on the invitation and follow the instructions.
