How to share your LastPass subscription on Spliiit?
LastPass is a password manager that lets you store and protect your login details (and sensitive data) in an encrypted vault, then easily log in on all your devices. The Families version is also very handy for sharing access (Wi-Fi, Netflix, shared accounts, important documents, etc.) without sending passwords via message.
LastPass has a sharing mode designed for multiple people: LastPass Families. Passwords are not shared; the owner invites members and everyone keeps their own LastPass account (with their own vault).

On Spliiit, you can offer LastPass as an owner under an offer:

Owner: suggest sharing LastPass on Spliiit
1) Set up your LastPass account
- Ensure you have (or subscribe to) LastPass Families.
2) Post the offer on Spliiit
- On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
- Choose LastPass
- Select Families
- Indicate the number of available seats
- Publish the offer publicly to receive requests
ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐 : invite only your friends and family.
3) Invite your co-subscribers to LastPass
- Open your LastPass vaults
- Click on "Manage Family" in the left navigation bar.
- Click on "Add a family member"
- Enter their name and email address
- Choosing your role: Member or Administrator
- Click on "Invite."
✅ The co-subscriber will receive an email inviting them to activate their account.
Co-subscriber: join a LastPass plan
- On Spliiit, search for LastPass (🔎) on the marketplace.
- Join an offer and make the payment
- Send the owner your email address
- Open the LastPass invitation you received by email.
- Log in or create your account and complete the activation process ✅
ℹ️ If no offers are available:
- Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
- or create your offer as a homeowner
✅ It works if...
- The owner invites you via Manage Family
- You accept the invitation with the correct email address.
- There are still places available (maximum 6 users)
❌ It doesn't work if...
- All 6 places are already taken.
- The invitation was sent to the wrong email address or was not activated.
🛠️ If it's stuck, try...
- Check Spam / Promotions / Junk Mail
- Ask the owner to resend the invitation (or remove/re-add you).
- Disconnect/reconnect, restart the extension/app, or try another browser.
