How to share your Setapp Family account?

❗ To share a Setapp subscription, you need to invite your co-subscribers. This means that each person has their own sub-account and login credentials.

👑 The Method for the Owner

Once you have a co-subscriber on Spliiit, follow these steps:

① After signing up for a "Family" plan, you'll have access to the Manage Family tab in your Setapp account.

② You'll be taken to the invitations page: as soon as you have a co-subscriber on Spliiit, enter their email address and click " Invite Now."

③ When your co-subscriber accepts the invitation, the status next to their email address changes to Active.

👤 The method for co-subscribers

As soon as the co-subscriber pays their monthly installment on Spliiit, the Owner sends Owner an invitation by email.

① The co-subscriber receives an email invitation similar to this one.

② Click " Accept Invitation."

③ New Setapp users must create a Setapp account and install the Setapp desktop app.

④ All done! The co-subscriber is now part of the family and can enjoy all of Setapp’s features.

ℹ️ Note: As part of the process for adding a co-subscriber to Setapp, you must add a credit card. However, the co-subscriber’s card will not be charged.
