Step 1 — Set up the account
- Ensure you have an active Youku subscription (monthly or yearly).

- Two devices are already playing, and you start another playback.
🛠️ If it's stuck, try...
- Logging out/logging back in on Youku
- Re-copy the password from the vault (be careful with spaces)
