What is it actually used for?

• If you order 2–3 times a month, Uber One can quickly pay for itself thanks to reduced delivery and service fees on eligible orders.
• If you use Uber too, you can earn rewards on certain rides 🚖

Uber One offers a built-in sharing feature called Family Sharing. You don’t share a password; instead, the Owner invites a co-subscriber through the app, and each person keeps their own Uber/Uber Eats account (including order history, payment methods, and more). The Uber One subscription allows you to add only one additional user to the main account.

Owner Offer an Uber One ride-share on Spliiit

1) Set up your Uber One account

1. Sign up for Uber One in the app: Account → Uber One, then follow the steps.

2) Post the offer on Spliiit

1. On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
2. Choose Uber One
3. Select Monthly or Annual
4. Indicate the number of available seats
5. Publish the offer publicly to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐 : invite only a close friend or family member.

3) Invite your family member to join Uber One Family Sharing

In the app:

1. Go to your Account
2. Tap Uber One
3. Tap " Manage Subscription"
4. Open Family Sharing
5. Add a co-subscriber via invitation

➡️ The invited member receives an invitation and activates access through their own account.

Co-subscriber: Join an Uber One plan

1. On Spliiit, search for Uber One (🔎) on the marketplace
2. Join an offer and make the payment
3. Send Owner associated with your Uber or Uber Eats account to Owner
4. Accept the invitation in the app and make sure your subscription is active 🙌

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
• or create your offer as Owner

✅ It works if...

1. The Owner an active Uber One subscription
2. The Owner has added Owner to Family Sharing
3. Accept the invitation using the correct Uber/Uber Eats account

❌ It doesn't work if...

1. The Owner already added a second user (limit reached)
2. The app is out of date / The invitation hasn't been accepted
3. The incorrect account (wrong email/phone number) has been invited

1. Update the app and then restart it
2. Check your spam folder / notifications / invitations tab
3. Ask the Owner remove you and then re-invite you (if possible)
