How to share your Smash subscription on Spliiit?
Smash is a service for sending files (and folders) via a link: handy when they're large, when there are lots of items, or when you want to avoid attachments that break everything.
Smash has a sharing mode designed for multiple people: Smash Team. There is no password sharing; the owner invites users, and everyone can send files from the Team space.

Smash: Which plans can be shared on Spliiit?
On Spliiit, you can offer Smash in 4 different packages:
- Team (10) | Monthly — up to 10 users
- Team (10) | Annual — up to 10 users
- Team (20) | Monthly — up to 20 users
- Team (20) | Annual — up to 20 users

Owner: suggest a Smash split on Spliiit
1) Set up your Smash account
- Ensure you have an active Smash Team subscription.
2) Post the offer on Spliiit
- On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
- Choose Smash
- Select Team (10) or Team (20) + Monthly/Annual
- Indicate the number of available seats
- Publish the offer publicly to receive requests
ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐 : invite only your friends and family.
3) Invite your fellow subscribers to Smash
- In the Smash Team admin, add the member (with their email address).
- Check the activation email box so that they can create their password.
- The member activates their access and logs in to their Smash interface.
Co-subscriber: join a Smash offer
- On Spliiit, open the marketplace (🔎) and search for Smash
- Join an offer and make the payment
- Send the owner the email to use for the invitation
- Open the activation email, create your password, log in 📥
ℹ️ If no offers are available:
- Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
- or create your offer as a homeowner
✅ It works if...
- The owner adds you with the correct email address.
- There are still places available on the offer (Team 10 / Team 20)
❌ It doesn't work if...
- The invitation is sent to the wrong email address (or ends up in spam).
- The owner has no more space available (limit reached)
🛠️ If it's stuck, try...
- Check your spam folder and search for "Smash" in your inbox (and use the most recent email if you have received multiple invitations).
- Ask the owner to resend the invitation /check the email address entered.
