How to share your RoboForm subscription on Spliiit?

RoboForm is a password manager that helps you save your login details, generate strong passwords, and log in automatically, while synchronizing your access across your devices.

RoboForm has a sharing mode designed for multiple users: the Family plan. Passwords are not shared; the owner assigns a license to a co-subscriber by entering their email address, and each member keeps their own RoboForm account.

RoboForm: Which plans can be shared on Spliiit?

On Spliiit, you can offer RoboForm as an owner under one offer:

• Family (Annual) — up to 5 users
  

Owner: suggest sharing RoboForm on Spliiit

1) Set up your RoboForm account

1. Ensure you have an active RoboForm Family subscription.

2) Post the offer on Spliiit

1. On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
2. Choose RoboForm
3. Select Family (Annual)
4. Indicate the number of available seats
5. Publish the offer publicly to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐: invite only your friends and family.

3) Invite your co-subscribers to RoboForm (assign a license)

1. Open your browser and click on the RoboForm extension icon.
   
2. Click on the 3 dots (top right) → Settings
   
3. Go to License & Billing
   
4. In Activated Accounts, click Assign License.
   
5. Enterthe member'semail address → OK

➡️ If the person does not have a RoboForm account, they will receive instructions on how to create one.

Co-subscriber: join a RoboForm offer

1. On Spliiit, search for RoboForm (🔎) on the marketplace.
2. Join an offer and make the payment
3. Send the ownerthe email address for your RoboForm account (or the email address you want to use).
4. Open the invitation email and follow the activation steps.
5. Once activated: you have your Premium account 😉

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
  
• or create your offer as a homeowner
  

✅ It works if...

• You accept the invitation with the correct email address.

❌ It doesn't work if...

• You already have an active individual Premium account
• The limit of 5 accounts has been reached

🛠️ If it's stuck, try...

1. Check Spam /Promotions‍
2. Ask the owner to re-enter your email address and reassign the license.
