How to share your pCloud Pass subscription?

How do I share my pCloud Pass subscription on Spliiit

pCloud Pass is a password manager: it helps you save your login credentials, generate strong passwords, and securely share certain access credentials.

pCloud Pass offers a built-in sharing option: the Family plan. Passwords aren't shared; the Owner invitations, and each co-subscriber keeps their own account.

Best practices for sharing pCloud Pass in 30 seconds

✅ Invite your fellow subscribers only through the Family Plan section (avoid sharing sensitive information via message)

On Spliiit, you can offer pCloud Pass as an Owner two plans:

• Family Monthly — up to 5 users

Owner Share a pCloud Pass on Spliiit

1) Set up your pCloud Pass account

1. Make sure you have an active pCloud Pass Family subscription (monthly or annual).

2) Post the offer on Spliiit

1. On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
2. Choose pCloud Pass‍
3. Select Family Monthly or Family Annual‍
4. Please indicate the number of available seats (up to 4 seats to share if you’re keeping your own)
5. Publish the offer publicly to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐: invite only your friends and family.

3) Invite your fellow subscribers to pCloud Pass (invitation)

1. Go to pass.pcloud.com
2. Click on the account avatar
3. Select " Set Up Family Plan"
4. Click " Invite " and enter your friend's email address
5. ➡️ You can also copy the invitation link and send it directly

Co-subscriber: Sign up for a pCloud Pass plan

1. On Spliiit, search for pCloud Pass (🔎) in the marketplace
2. Join an offer and make the payment
3. Sendthe email address you want to use for pCloud Pass to Owner
4. Open the invitation (email or link) and accept it
5. Once approved: your account will be added to the Family plan 😊

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
• or create your offer as Owner

✅ It works if...

• The Owner does Owner an active Family plan
• There is one spot left (max 5 members)

❌ It doesn't work if...

• All 5 spots are already taken
• The invitation was not accepted (or the email address is incorrect)

🛠️ If it's stuck, try...

1. Check your Spam / Promotions folder
2. ‍Askthe Owner resend the invitation‍
3. Or ask them to send you the invitation link directly (which is often easier)
