
How do I share my Leviia subscription on Spliiit
Leviia offers multi-account subscription sharing, allowing you to create independent users in your Squad space.
Passwords are not shared: the Owner a dedicated account for each co-subscriber, who then has their own secure access.
Leviia is a secure cloud storage service hosted in Europe that lets you back up, sync, and share files across multiple devices.

Owner Suggest a Leviia share on Spliiit
1) Set up your Leviia Squad space
- Log in to your Leviia account.
- Click on your profile in the top-right corner, then click on Accounts.
2) Add a new user account
- Click " New Account"
- Enter the new user's information:
- Account name → unique identifier (lowercase, no spaces or accents)
- Display name → username visible to the user
- Password → optional if an email address is provided
- Email address → allows you to send an invitation to the user
- Quota → maximum allowed space (example: 100 GB)
- Click " Add New Account"
📩 If an email address has been provided, the user will automatically receive an email to set their password.
3) Post the listing on Spliiit
- On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
- Choose Leviia
- Indicate the number of available seats
- Post the listing as public

4) Edit a Leviia user
From the Accounts page, click the 🖉 (pencil) icon next to the user account.
You can edit:
- display name
- the password
- the email address
- the groups
- the storage quota
- the language
- the associate manager
✅ Click the arrow, then the checkmark.
5) Deactivate or delete a user
From the Accounts page, click the ⋯ to the right of the account.
You can:
- Delete account → deletes the user and their data
- Disconnect all devices → Force disconnection
- Deactivate account → simply blocks access
- Resend the welcome email
Co-subscriber: Sign up for a Leviia plan
- On Spliiit, search for Leviia (🔎)
- Join an offer and make the payment
- Wait for the email invitation from Owner
- Set your password
- Log in to your Leviia account ☁️
ℹ️ If no offers are available:
- Enable the alert
- or create your own offer
✅ It works if...
- Each user has their own account
- The quota is configured correctly
- The user has successfully activated their access via email
❌ It doesn't work if...
- The account was not created correctly
- The storage quota has been exceeded
- The user has never activated their invitation
- The Owner deactivated the account
