Owner: offer a share on Spliiit
1) Prepare your subscription
- Verify that your Digital subscription is active (monthly or yearly).
2) Post the offer on Spliiit
- Go to "Submit"
- Choose Le Particulier
- Select the Monthly or Annual plan
- Indicate the number of available seats (up to 2)
- Publish as public sharing to receive requests
ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐 if you only invite close friends and family.
3) Add the beneficiary on Le Particulier (invitation)
- Log in to LeParticulier.fr
- Click on My Account → Personal Space in the top right corner.
- Open the Subscription tab, then Manage Access (Family Plan).
- Enter the beneficiary's contact details
- Click Add
- ➡️ The recipient receives an activation email.
Co-subscriber: join a Le Particulier offer
- On Spliiit, open the marketplace (🔎) and search for The Individual
- Join an offer and make the payment
- Send the owner the email address you wish to use
- Open the invitation email and activate your access.
- Then log in with your account: you're ready to go 🤓

- Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
- or create your offer as a homeowner
✅ It works if...
- The owner invites you with the correct email address.
- The owner's digital subscription is active.
❌ It doesn't work if...
- The invitation was never accepted/activated.
- The email address is incorrect or you are using a different email address.
- The invitation is blocked in spam/secondary tabs.

- Search for "Le Particulier"in the email search bar.
- Ask the owner to resend the invitation (double-check the email address).
