How to share your Jace subscription on Spliiit?

Jace is an AI-powered email assistant: it helps you sort, prioritize, and write faster, while keeping your inbox clean (which is handy when you're juggling lots of messages).

Jace Pro is designed for multiple users: passwords are not shared. The owner invites co-subscribers, and each user keeps their own account (settings, connected email, etc.).

Jace: What plans can be shared on Spliiit?

On Spliiit, you can offer Jace Pro in two different packages:

• Pro (Monthly) — up to 8 users max

Owner: suggest sharing Jace on Spliiit

1) Set up your Jace account

1. Verify that your Pro subscription is active.
   

2) Post the offer on Spliiit

1. Go to "Submit"
   
2. Choose Jace
   
3. Select Pro Monthly or Pro Annual
   
4. Indicate the number of seats (up to 8)
   
5. Publish the offer publicly to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐: invite only your friends and family.

3) Invite your co-subscribers to Jace (invitation)

1. In Jace, click Settings (⚙️)
   
2. In the left sidebar, click Team.
   
3. Click on Invite Members
   
4. Enter one or more email addresses
   
5. Click on Invite
   
6. Jace displays a message: each invitation adds a paid seat.
   
7. Confirm by clicking on "Invite and add a seat."
   

📌 After that:

• As long as the invitation is not accepted, the person appears as pending.
• As soon as she accepts, she becomes an active member (visible in the team list).
  

Co-subscriber: join a Jace offer

1. On Spliiit, search for Jace (🔎) on the marketplace.
2. Join an offer and make the payment
3. Wait forthe invitation from the owner (email)
4. Open the link and complete the activation process.
   

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
• or create your offer as a homeowner

✅ It works if...

• You accept the invitation and complete the activation process.
  
• The owner has invited you with the correct email address.
  
• There is still one spot available on the map.
  

❌ It doesn't work if...

• The invitation is never accepted (or remains pending).
  
• The owner entered an incorrect address (typo, wrong email address).
  
• All seats are already taken.
  

🛠️ If it's stuck, try...

1. Check your spam/promotions folder and search for "Jace" in your inbox.
   
2. Ask the owner to revoke the invitation and then resend it.
   
3. Try opening the link in another browser/in private browsing mode.
