How to share your Intego subscription on Spliiit?

Intego is a security suite for Mac (antivirus/anti-malware and protection tools) designed to secure your online and offline activities and improve protection and performance depending on the package you choose (Internet Security X9 / Premium Bundle X9 / Premium Bundle + VPN).

Intego operates on a seat-based system . Sharing does not involve sharing passwords: the owner primarily shares the download link and serial number to activate the software on each authorized Mac.

Owner: offer Intego sharing on Spliiit

1) Set up your Intego account

1. Ensure you have an active Intego X9 offer with 3 Macs or 5 Macs.

➡️ The serial number is available in the purchase email or in your My Account area and is used to activate the software.

2) Post the offer on Spliiit

1. On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
2. Choose Intego
3. Select the offer (e.g., Internet Security X9 – 3 Macs/5 Macs, etc.)
4. Indicate the number of available seats (up to 2 or 4 seats to share if you keep yours)
5. Publish the offer publicly to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐: invite only your friends and family.

3) Send the invitation to the co-subscriber

1. Send the co-subscriber the download link (from your Intego portal / Devices section, where installation downloads are listed).
   
2. Share the serial number required for activation (the co-subscriber enters it when launching the application for the first time).
   

💡 In the Intego portal, the Devices tab allows you to view your devices and deauthorize an old Mac if necessary.

Co-subscriber: join an Intego offer

1. On Spliiit, search for Intego (🔎) on the marketplace.
2. Join an offer and make the payment
3. Ask the owner for the Intego X9 download link and serial number (key).
4. Install Intego on your Mac, then when you launch it for the first time: enter the name and serial number to activate it.
5. Enjoy your subscription 🙂

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
• or create your offer as a homeowner
  

✅ It works if...

• Install using the correct link and enter the correct serial number.

❌ It doesn't work if...

• The owner gave you the wrong serial number.
• The co-subscriber is attempting to activate on more devices than permitted.

🛠️ If it's stuck, try...

1. Restart the installation and try activating again.
2. If a device does not appear in the list after activation, Intego recommends contacting support.
