How to share your Fnac Security subscription on Spliiit?

Fnac Security (Fnac Sécurité) is part of the Pack Sérénité: a protection + digital life suite that generally includes Fnac Sécurité, Fnac Cloud, and Fnac Mot de passe, with the aim of protecting your devices against threats (malware, phishing, etc.) and securing your everyday use.

Fnac Security has a sharing mode designed for multiple users: license sharing via a My F-Secure group. Passwords are not shared; the owner invites a member, and each co-subscriber gets their own user account to protect their devices with the licenses in the Pack.

On Spliiit, you can offer Fnac Security as part of a package deal:

Owner: suggest sharing Fnac Security on Spliiit

1) Set up your Fnac Security account

1. Make sure your Sérénité Pack is active and that you have access to the Fnac Sécurité app.

2) Post the offer on Spliiit

1. On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
2. Choose Fnac Security
3. Select Serenity Pack
4. Indicate the number of available seats (up to 4 seats to share if you keep yours)
5. Publish the offer publicly to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐: invite only your friends and family.

3) Invite your fellow subscribers

1. Open the Fnac Security app
   
2. In the main view, select People and devices.
   
3. Select + Add a device or user
   
4. Select Someone else's device → Continue
   
5. Please provide: first name, last name, email address
   
6. Click Send Invitation
   

🙌 The co-subscriber receives an email and can activate their account to protect their devices with your licenses.

Co-subscriber: join a Fnac Security offer

1. On Spliiit, search for Fnac Security (🔎) on the marketplace.
2. Join an offer and make the payment
3. Send to the owner: first name + last name + email (important: email not already linked to another group if possible)
4. Open the invitation email and follow the activation steps.
5. Activate protection 😁

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
  
• or create your offer as a homeowner
  

✅ It works if...

• The owner has an active Pack

❌ It doesn't work if...

• The capacity limit has been reached.
• The email address is already associated with a My F-Secure group.

1. Check Spam /Promotions‍
2. Ask the owner to resend the invitation.
3. Try with another email address, then re-invite
