How to share your ePresse subscription on Spliiit?

ePresse is a digital newsstand: you have access to hundreds of titles (newspapers, magazines, etc.) in digital format, which is handy if you like to browse through several newspapers without having to take out multiple subscriptions.

On Spliiit, ePresse is shared via the owner account credentials: the owner enters their email address and password in the Spliiit vault, and co-subscribers log in using these credentials.
To avoid any issues, it is important to use a password dedicated to sharing.

✅ Use a dedicated password (different from your other accounts).
✅ Share access only via the Spliiit vault (not by message).

Step 1 — Set up your ePresse account

1. Ensure you have an active ePress subscription (Premium Kiosk).
2. Create a password dedicated to sharing (recommended).

Step 2 — Post the offer on Spliiit

1. On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
2. Choose ePresse
3. Select Premium Kiosk (monthly)
4. Indicate the number of seats (up to 2)
5. Add your ePresse credentials to the Spliiit vault
6. Publish as public sharing to receive requests

Co-subscriber: join an ePresse offer

1. On Spliiit, open the marketplace (🔎) and search for ePresse
2. Join an offer and make the payment
3. In your Spliiit dashboard, open the service page and retrieve the credentials (vault).
4. Log in to ePresse with these credentials
5. Choose your titles and enjoy reading

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
• or create your offer as a homeowner

✅ It works if...

• There can be a maximum of two people sharing.
• The credentials in the Spliiit vault are up to date.
• The owner keeps the subscription active.

❌ It doesn't work if...

• You are trying to share with 3 people (limit reached)
• The owner changed the password without updating it on Spliiit.
• Incorrect email/password/incorrectly copied characters

🛠️ If it's stuck, try...

1. Logging out/logging back in on ePresse
2. Re-copy the password from the vault (be careful with spaces)
3. Verify that you are not already logged in twice simultaneously.
4. Ask the owner if they have changed the password recently.
5. Update the app and then test again.
