How to share your DuoCards subscription?

How do I share a DuoCards subscription on Spliiit

DuoCards is a vocabulary-focused language-learning app: you learn using flashcards, reading materials, and tools to help you memorize effectively (which is great for making quick progress and retaining information long-term).

DuoCards offers a sharing option for multiple users: Premium Family. There’s no need to share a password; the Owner members by entering the co-subscriber’s email address.

DuoCards: Which plans can be shared on Spliiit

On Spliiit, you can offer DuoCards as an Owner a listing:

• Premium Family (Annual) — up to 6 users

Owner Share DuoCards on Spliiit

1) Post the listing on Spliiit

1. On Spliiit, go to "Propose."
2. Choose DuoCards
3. Select Premium Family (Annual)
4. Indicate the number of available seats (up to 5 seats to share)
5. Publish the offer publicly to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐: invite only your friends and family.

2) Add / invite your fellow subscribers to DuoCards

1. Openthe admin page in the DuoCards app
2. Click on Subscription
3. Enter the email addresses of the co-subscribers
4. Confirm: They will be added to the Family Plan (provided you have the app installed)

Co-subscriber: Sign up for a DuoCards plan

1. On Spliiit, search for DuoCards (🔎) on the marketplace
2. Join an offer and make the payment
3. Sendthe email address associated with your DuoCards accountto Owner
4. Install DuoCards if you haven't already, then log in
5. Enjoy your subscription 😊

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
• or create your offer as Owner

✅ It works if...

• The Owner adds Owner using the correct DuoCards account email address
• You installed DuoCards before the update
• There are still spots available in the Family Plan

❌ It doesn't work if...

• You are entering an email address that is different from the one used on DuoCards
• You haven't installed the app / haven't created an account before adding it
• All Family seats are already taken

🛠️ If it's stuck, try...

1. Check in DuoCards to make sure you're signed in with the correct email address‍
2. Close and restart the app
3. Ask the Owner re-enter the email address
