How to share your Copy.ai subscription on Spliiit?

Copy.ai is an AI writing and productivity tool: you work in a shared space (team/projects), while keeping separate uses per account.

Copy.ai has a sharing mode designed for multiple users: the Advanced plan (up to 5 seats). Passwords are not shared; the owner invites members and each person uses their own account.

On Spliiit, you can offer:

Owner: suggest sharing Copy.ai on Spliiit

1) Set up your Copy.ai account

1. Ensure you have an active Advanced subscription (5 seats max).
   
2. (Recommended) Create a Teamspace dedicated to sharing (to keep your personal projects separate).
   

2) Post the offer on Spliiit

1. Go to "Submit"
   
2. Choose Copy.ai
   
3. Select Advanced + the number of available seats
   
4. Publish as public sharing to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐 if you only invite a close friend or family member.

3) Add your co-subscribers on Copy.ai (invitation)

STEP 1 — Invite to a Teamspace

1. Log in to your Copy.ai account
   
2. At the top, open the Teamspace selector.
   
3. Select the relevant Teamspace
   
4. Click on the "..." menu in Teamspace.
   
5. Click on “Add members”
6. Enter the email address of the co-subscriber (or multiple emails)
7. Select the member's role/access level
8. Confirm by clicking on "Add."

✅ The member then receives an invitation (or appears as a guest) and becomes active as soon as they accept/log in.

STEP 2 — Manage members/roles next

1. Open Teamspace
   
2. Go to Teamspace Settings
   
3. Open the Members tab
4. Click on a member's role to edit or remove it

Co-subscriber: join a Copy.ai offer

1. On Spliiit, search for Copy.ai (🔎) on the marketplace.
2. Join an offer and proceed to payment
3. Send the owner the email address you use (or want to use) on Copy.ai.
4. Once added, log in to Copy.ai: you will see access via Teamspace /the team.
   

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
• or create your offer as a homeowner

✅ It works if...

• There is one seat available on the Advanced plan (5 max).
  
• The owner invites the right email
  
• You have been added to the correct Teamspace.
  

❌ It doesn't work if...

• All 5 seats are already taken.
  
• The email is incorrect (or you are logging in with a different account).
  

🛠️ If it's stuck, try...

1. Ask the owner to confirm the Teamspace you have been added to.
   
2. Verify that you are logged in with the same email address as the one invited.
   
3. Disconnect/reconnect, then reopen Teamspace.
