How to share your Copy AI subscription?

How do I share my Copy.ai subscription on Spliiit

Copy.ai is an AI-powered writing and productivity tool: you work in a shared space (team/projects), while maintaining separate accounts for each user.

Copy.ai offers a sharing option for multiple users: the Advanced plan (up to 5 seats). There ’s no need to share a password; the Owner invites members, and each person uses their own account.

Owner Share a Copy.ai post on Spliiit

1) Set up your Copy.ai account

1. Make sure you have an active Advanced subscription (up to 5 seats).
   
2. (Recommended) Create a Teamspace dedicated to sharing (to keep your personal projects separate).
   

2) Post the offer on Spliiit

1. Go to "Submit"
   
2. Select Copy.ai
   
3. Select " Advanced " + the number of available seats
   
4. Publish as public sharing to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also set it to private 🔐 if you're only inviting a close friend or family member.

3) Add your fellow subscribers on Copy.ai (invitation)

STEP 1 — Invite someone to a Teamspace

1. Sign in to your Copy.ai account
   
2. At the top, open the Teamspace selector
   
3. Select the relevant Teamspace
   
4. Click the “…” menu in Teamspace
   
5. Click “Add members”
6. Enter the co-subscriber's email address (or multiple email addresses)
7. Select the member's role or access level
8. Confirm by clicking “Add”

✅ The member then receives an invitation (or appears as a guest) and becomes active as soon as they accept or log in.

STEP 2 — Manage members/roles next

1. Open Teamspace
   
2. Go to Teamspace Settings
   
3. Open the Members tab
4. Click on a member's role to edit or remove it

Co-subscriber: Join a Copy.ai plan

1. On Spliiit, search for Copy.ai (🔎) on the marketplace
2. Accept an offer and proceed to payment
3. Sendthe email address you use (or want to use) on Copy.ai to Owner
4. Once added, log in to Copy.ai: you'll see the access option under Teamspace / Team
   

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
• or create your offer as Owner

✅ It works if...

• There is one spot left on the Advanced plan (5 max)
  
• The Owner the correct email address
  
• You have been added to the correct Teamspace
  

❌ It doesn't work if...

• All 5 seats are already taken
  
• The email address is incorrect (or you're signing in with a different account)
  

🛠️ If it's stuck, try...

1. Ask the Owner confirm the Teamspace you've been added to
   
2. Make sure you're signed in with the same email address as the one used for the invitation
   
3. Sign out and sign back in, then reopen Teamspace
