How do I share my BookBeat subscription on Spliiit?

BookBeat has a sharing mode designed for multiple users: the Family account. There is no password sharing; the owner invites their co-subscribers by email, and everyone keeps their own BookBeat account.

BookBeat: Which plans can be shared on Spliiit?

On Spliiit, you can offer BookBeat as a homeowner with two options:

• Basic — up to 5 users max (10 hours/month)
• Premium — up to 5 users max (50 hours/month)

Owner: suggest sharing BookBeat on Spliiit

1) Set up your BookBeat subscription

1. Make sure you have an active BookBeat Family subscription (Basic or Premium).

2) Post the offer on Spliiit

1. Go to "Submit"
2. Choose BookBeat
3. Select the Basic or Premium package
4. Indicate the number of available seats (up to 5 in total)
5. Publish as public sharing to receive requests

ℹ️ You can also share privately 🔐 if you only invite close friends and family.

3) Invite your fellow subscribers to BookBeat

1. Open your Family space on BookBeat
2. Add each member with their email address
3. Each co-subscriber receives an invitation to accept in order to join your Family.

Co-subscriber: join a BookBeat offer

1. On Spliiit, search for BookBeat (🔎)
2. Join the offer and make the payment
3. Send the owner the email address you want to use for BookBeat.
4. Open the BookBeat invitation email and accept
5. Log in (or create your account) and enjoy access 🎧

ℹ️ If no offers are available:

• Activate the alert to be notified as soon as a spot becomes available.
• or create your offer as a homeowner

✅ It works if...

• The owner does have an Active Family plan.
• Your BookBeat app is up to date

❌ It doesn't work if...

• The invitation is never accepted (or ends up in spam).
• The owner has filled all the spaces.

🛠️ If it's stuck, try...

1. Check Spam / Promotions / Secondary tabs
2. Ask the owner to resend the invitation.
3. Close the app completely, restart it, then log in again.
